Howdy! (Sorry about that, I'm not from the south. This is off to a rocky start?)
I'm Josh. I'm a NYC based actor/writer/filmmaker. You might have noticed because those labels are plastered on every corner of the website.
I grew up in Northeastern Pennsylvania before attending and graduating from the New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts. I focused on acting for film there, but quickly became fascinated with every aspect of the filmmaking process. And now I'm here, as an actual real-life hyphenate.
Ever since finishing up my schoolin' I've been lucky enough to act on various projects; most notably Bobby Sansivero's feature-film "Wild Men". Haven't heard of it? That's fair. You might have also seen me on Investigation Discovery's "I'd Kill for You" or as the leading role in a number of short films at film festivals around the country. Some of those include "Assisted Living", "Brunch", "Putter Town", "Composition 1", and "The Meteor". (It's OK if you haven't seen any of them, I've prepared a demo reel on my acting page so you get a chance to see it for yourself. How original!)
In addition to my acting endeavors, I also wrote and co-produced the short film, "#Anatomy of the Romantic Comedy" which made headlines at various festivals around the nation. My full-length play called "The Epsilon Delta Definition of Limit (or so... what happens now?)" is in the early stages of development for an actual real-life production! Cool, right?
I act, write, direct, produce, edit, and assistant direct. I love film. It's my passion, and I bring 110% of myself to every project I'm lucky enough to work on.
I appreciate you! Thank you so much for visiting. I look forward to getting to know you soon, and I hope you find a crisp dollar bill on your commute today. You deserve it.
